Can't Log in. Not getting OTP

  I’m not getting my OTP email to log into my business wordpress website killorandental.com.au

  Please fix this or disable the OTP asap so I can log in.

  Your website killorandental.com.au is not hosted here at WordPress.com (hosting) so it’s not possible to help you log into it from here.
  You are instead using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org hosted elsewhere. You can read more about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking them for help on this matter, they’ll know what to do.

  Hi there,

  The WordPress software doesn’t come with OTP/2FA features built in, so if your login page requires a OTP to log in, you’re using a plugin that adds that to your site.

  So in that case contacting support for that plugin would be best. However, your hosting provider should also be able to help you disable the plugin in the site database as another way to get in.
