can’t log in – not getting reset password link

  hi! I had the link to my WordPress account for our site bookmarked and passwords saved. When I updated my OS the bookmarks were erased and the password I have for our site isn’t working. I have usernames, old passwords, emails, and other info to validate it’s me. I requested a link to reset my password, but haven’t received it. I did check my spam/junk folders. Help!
