Can’t log in on another computer

    Where is live chat support? I’ve looked up and down and they keep directing me to tomshardware-esque public forums where I do not want to give out sensitive info which will be required for this process. I cannot change my username for wordpress admin, it will not let me log in on any other PC with my ‘username’ nor will my email associated with wordpress admin under profile work to log in on any other PC. Things are broken

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to log into?

    Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. The pbeachum account you’re using to post here was created in July last year, but has never owned any sites hosted with us and appears to have been mostly inactive since you originally created it.

    It sounds like you might be trying to login into a self-hosted WordPress site, rather than one hosted with us, in which case contacting your hosting provider directly is the best option here.
