Can’t log in or reset password

Hi there.
please could you assist me with my wordpress site. I can’t seem to login or change my password. There is the following error message on the login page: ‘ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.’
there’s also a bunch of text at the top of the screen:

Can you please share the URL of the website this is happening at?
It looks like your site is being hosted at another host which means that it’s not running the WordPress.com platform but its using the open-source WordPress.org platform. Since the platforms are different you should ask for help at their support forums:
