Can't log in – password reset option not received

    Website is actually winterwoodtutors.co.uk. I’m currently logged into WordPress via my other blog, which is sending password reset instructions to my email account. I’ve tried both my gmail and hotmail, and neither is receiving password reset for the winterwood site. I changed the passwords last week, but now am not able to log back in.
