Can’t log in to admin

I have noticed an error message on the header of my website http://www.fizzpopfaces.co.uk and I assume it’s something to do with a plug in. But wordpress is preventing from logging into the admin area to look at it. Can you help at all?

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
