Can’t log in to build my website

  I thought I had an account. I cannot log in. WP does not recognize my email username or password. I have already paid my $99 and I am feeling scammed. Please resolve

  Hi there!

  What is the address of your site? You have probably created it under a different account. Check the receipt we sent you after your purchase and use that email address to log in.
  If you’re still having issues, you can look for the transaction id (https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id) and send it to our Account Recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Do not post it here as these are public forums.
