Can’t log in to customize theme

Hi,
I have the login for my WP account but when I go to customize the theme of the account it asks me for another login. I got a new computer and I do not remember the login. Who should I get in contact with to recover the log in information?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you go to nickolasnatali.com/wp-login.php, there will be a link for “Lost your password?” that will prompt you for your e-mail address. That will help you reset your password for that site.

Yes, yes – I gave that a shot and it doesn’t send an email to my primary email address that is associated to my wordpress account (which has gotten me very concerned that I’ve lost this site forever).
Is there another way I would be able to reset my credentials to my admin account?

Sorry that method of password reset doesn’t work for you. The other option would be to contact your web host. You’re using a standalone version of WordPress that is hosted by SiteGround. You can contact their support via e-mail, live chat, or phone: https://www.siteground.com/support
