Can't log in to Dashboard

My site was discombobulated with the recent upgrade but I was able to log in to the dashboard, username/password worked. But last week I went in and used the same, and it would let me in.
Worst thing, when I try to reset password, it says no registered user has the e-mail address I’m inputting. That’s the only e-mail address I’ve ever had associated with this account, and it is the e-mail WordPress used sent me notice of the upgrade (which I ignorantly said OK to).
Now I seem to be locked out of my website. This is serious, and there seems to be no access to support. I’m totally screwed. What do I do?
