  I accidentally changed the permalinks in settings and now unable to log-in in the account and website is not working.

  That site is using the open source WordPress.org software. It’s a different version of WordPress and you’ll find help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  In addition, it’s hosted by GoDaddy not WordPress.com.
