Can't log in to Dashboard

    After failed attempt to migrate a WP site to overwrite previous site, now I can access the pages by clicking “edit with Elementor”, but if I try to log in to dashboard I get a message: “The file wp-config.php already exists. If you need to reset any of the configuration items in this file, please delete it first. You may try installing now.” Trying installing just results in going back to log in screen. (BTW I am NOT a website builder; very basic knowledge) Please help!

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
