can't log in to dashboard of my second blog – help!

I have changed my email address from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I confirmed the new email address. I tried to login and it didn’t work – I seem to be able to log in to my first blog but I can’t log into my second blog – everytime I try it makes me login again and then rejects the login that is working to get me in that screen in the first place. So I tried the change your password thing but that didn’t work. Then I tried to log in all my browsers, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you registered the second blog under the same username as the first one?
