Cant log in to delete old blog

Some time ago I started up lecayre.com (Duignanblog) which I now want to delete entirely. Unfortunately I cannot log on to the site to do that as I no longer remember my username and passwords. They seem to be set differently from the log on details I used to get into the forum.
Because I can’t delete the blog, I keep getting unwanted messages as below.
Please help.

This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery and after your recover the account your can delete the blog.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
