Hi there, I noticed the Secure Sign On setting in your Jetpack plugin is inactive, and this is what controls the ability for you to seamlessly move from one section of your site to another (such as from the admin pages to an editor view) without the need to constantly log in and authenticate.
I have re-enabled this option and for me when clicking ‘Add New Post” I am taken to the editor without issue. Please check and confirm this works for you too.
More info about Secure Sign On (SSO) here:
Secure Sign-On (SSO) is a feature on WordPress.com that allows you to use the same log-in credentials you use for the WordPress.com dashboard to sign in to your WP Admin dashboard quickly and securely. This means you only need to log in once for the WordPress.com dashboard, and you should be able to access WP Admin without any need to re-login. This feature is available on sites with the WoHope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
