can't log-in to hosted site. Redirected to wordpress.com

  I’ve moved from wordpress.com to being hosted by dreamhost. I thought I completed this process last night by changing the nameservers to dreamhost. I was able to access the blog last night but this morning when I try to log into http://dermdiaries.com/wp-login.php it redirects me to http://dermdiaries.wordpress.com/wp-login.php. Any advice? Thanks!
