Can’t log in to my account

    I log in with my newly associated WordPress account (coachdevelopment.uk) – (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it only lets me in to an old profile (lopersonaltraining) which I have just deleted.

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there:

    The WordPress.com user account tied to the website coachdevelopment.uk is different from the one you’re logged into currently. You would need to log out of lopersonaltraining and into the correct account in order to manage your website.

    If you don’t remember what login you created for this site, you’ll need to go through the account recovery process to prove ownership, then WordPress.com support can help you sort this out.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
