Can’t log in to my account with my known password

  Hi there. I need help getting into my account. I paid for a WordPress account, but used the wrong email to sign up.

  I know my password, but when I try and hit “login with email” (to go ahead and login with wrong email and my known password, so that I can go to my settings and change my email to the correct one), it sends a link to my (wrong) email address, rather than allowing me to input my password. 

  Because of this, I cannot get into my account, though I know my password. I have my transaction ID.

  I cannot submit the account recovery form because I have not yet connected my domain. Though I have a paid plan, I cannot access customer support because I cannot log in.

  How can I simply login with my email and password? Thank you.

  Make sure you’re logged out of this “wrong” account and log in with username and password rather than email address.
