Can't log in to my admin
-
I’m able to log in to wordpress.com, but then when I try to visit the dashboard of my site, I’m prompted to log in again, and when I try it simply clears the fields and won’t let me go any further. Yesterday, I didn’t have this issue. I even tried clicking on “lost your password” but have been waiting for hours to get an email to reset my password and haven’t gotten anything. I also tried entering my admin from my cPanel, and that didn’t work either.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

https://gogreeninitiative.org/ is not hosted here. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Note: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordIf you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Hi Jill and Nancy. Neither of your usernames link to sites hosted here at WordPress.com so logging in here will not help you post to your sites.
Either try logging in to your self-hosted WordPress installation, logging in with whoever you have bought hosting from, or asking on the WordPress.org forums about accessing your dashboard.

When I try to access my admin through my cPanel, it takes me directly to wordpress.com, and as I mentioned, this is the way I have always logged on until yesterday.
-
I looked at the WordPress.org forum, and found someone with same problem there. When I tried to reply, I was told I wasn’t a member but could join. I was already a member of WordPress.com.
halluke, why do you say our sites are not hosted here?

gogreeninitiative.org is hosted by Turnkey Internet
Name Servers:
ns25b.turnkeywebspace.com
ns25a.turnkeywebspace.comnancyrainesday.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
Name Servers:
ns40.domaincontrol.com
ns39.domaincontrol.comI repeat what I posted above.

I talked to GoDaddy first, and they said all looked fine on their end and suggested I contact WordPress. I am trying WordPress.org forum, too, but not feeling optimistic.
-
I’m sorry but the bottom line here is that we provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and your site is not among them.
-
I am aware of who hosts my website, and that is why I use my cPanel to access my WordPress blog. When I do, it takes me to a log in screen on wordpress.com, which worked fine until yesterday. Something has changed, b/c the log in mechanism that worked for months no longer works. I’m not a WordPress novice.

I offer my apology in advance to Staff for tagging this thread. Clearly this is not a wordpress.COM issue unless relevant information has not been disclosed because no WordPress.ORG CPanel directs to any WordPress.COM blog login .

I sent an email to help@wordpress.com with screenshots that show the log in path I take. I need to be clear – my site is a wordpress.com site. I have a team of very experienced web designers and programmers who are also experiencing this new problem with my website.
-
Okay thanks for the added information. As you have already sent an email to Staff this thread is redundant and I will remove the tagging for Staff.

I sent the email about 3 hours ago. Any idea how long it typically takes for a response?
