Can’t log in to my admin panel

    Hello, I have two sites that were built using WP. Chloetravels.com and Eliteinteriorspgh.com. I am no longer working with the girl who built my websites and I’m unable to log in to my admin panel to update either site.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I can see your both of site (Chloetravels.com and Eliteinteriorspgh.com) are not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    However, Your login page can be found here: https://eliteinteriorspgh.com/wp-login.php and
    https://chloetravels.com/wp-login.php

    In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.

    WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
