can't log in to my site – Blog need a verification code !!!

    would you please help me with this issue >
    didn’t receive a 2 step verification code via sms ?!!
    i need you to help me login to my original website
    iam waiting for the verification codes since 2 days
    it impossible now to use the 2 step verification , can i deactivate it ?
    i tried to change my password through my email , i got nothing

    i don’t have a backup codes or a mobile app
    the only way is waiting the code via SMS ???!!
