Can't log in to my website

I started a website in 2012 and no longer have access to it. The information I’m asked for I don’t have — whether it’s 2-step confirmation or a security code — didn’t exist when I set it up. So I can’t contact wordpress.com directly through their form. Is there a way to contact WordPress.com that doesn’t involve signing in to the website I need help on? Would be happy to upgrade but they won’t let me do that until I sign in. Thank you!

Thanks for your note… I’m signed in but not to an account connected to the website I’m trying to access… which is actually this one:

I’ve tried both the links you’ve sent — the first one doesn’t recognize the user names I have. It does recognize one of the bloggers I set up but then she can’t access it either.
The second one has the three questions that I don’t have any record of — including 2-step verification or a security code.
Is there any other way to gain access?
I know it says that proof of publication isn’t enough, but I can assure you it’s me!

I’ve sent an email to the account owner email address for foretinterieureinteriorforest.wordpress.com. This may help you locate the login credentials needed to access the site.
The only other route to gain access to the account is through the Account Recovery form.

Unfortunately, the email address on the account is no longer valid. Because of this, the only option will be for you to recover the account via Account Recovery.

Thank you so much for writing me twice… So, I’m between a rock and a hard place on this one. I didn’t receive the email you sent attached to this account. Assuming it might be so long ago it could be an Earthlink account! And I can’t use the Account Recovery system because WordPress didn’t have that protocol when I set up the website for the Forêt Intérieure/Interior Forest project. So I don’t have the information for any of the three questions. This is my website:
