cant log in to my website

  I have had an account with word press for more than 5 years. I originally hired a person to create the account etc.
  I no longer have that person to support the website. I logged in a couple of months ago to change my menu (the site is for my deli) I figured out how to delete my menu but now when I try to log back in I cant. So in desperation I created a new account thinking that I could somehow copy the information over. All I really need is for someone to help me get back into my original account/site. Should I contact blue host? Maybe they can reset ?

  Hi there @flourzwytheville, would you confirm what site you’re trying to log into?

  Also, if you have your own copy of WordPress, note that’s different from our managed hosting service. But you can ask your host for help with this:
