Cant log in to my website and cant recover a password

  Hello,

  I am writing by using the new profile. Grace from customer support has given me stupid advice to log in to my previous website and “do this and that,” while I have clearly indicated that I CAN’T LOG IN BECAUSE I CANNOT RECOVER A PASSWORD. Please help to recover a password because I have a real email associated with this website. The method to restore access doesn’t work because it’s not sending a recovery page or a real way to restore the password.
