Can’t log in to my website due to ‘critical error’

  Hi there,
  I get this message when I try to login to my website: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’

  I haven’t been on my website for several months, so I have no idea what went wrong. And I’ve seen other support forums with this same problem, but every answer that was given is like Greek to me. Can someone please help me get back on my website?

  Correct account: Yes

  Also, I don’t know how to “check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Where do I access the site admin inbox?
