Can’t log in to my word press account

  We just got a new laptop and I am trying to log in to our word press account and it keeps saying that either my username or password is wrong, but I can’t figure out how to reset them

  The account you are posting from was just created today. Perhaps you have another one?

  You will need the username of your account and then you can use the lost password link.

  I can’t log in to wordpress controlpanel. This are the issue I write my domain name with /wp-admin and I get redirect to /my-account. What happens.
