Can’t Log In To My Wordpess Site

I am a total newbie to wordpress. I’m in the process of building a multi vendor storefront on a website I created last year. I can log into my dashboard on the mmr.net site, but I’m unable to long into the storefront mmr.net/shop because I lost the password. When I click on ‘lost password’ I get a warning page saying that site is not secure with a button that says ‘Go Back To Safety’ – it will not let me reset the password. Are there two different passwords – one for mmr.net & one for mmr.net/shop? Please help – I’m supposed to be launching this storefront this week, but I can’t log in to finish it!!

So, it looks like mmr.net might be set up using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com.
Check out https://wordpress.org/support/ for assistance with this site. Are you using the WooCommerce plugin? Go to them directly for support at https://woocommerce.com/ click on the support tab.

Hi there – the site I need help with is musicmafiaradio.net. I built this site a year ago & over the last couple weeks, I’ve been trying to add a multi vendor storefront to it. I learned how to build a wordpress website by watching youtube tutorials & did really well, but trying to do the same with a storefront hasn’t worked because I really have no clue what I’m doing lol. I put the storefront in subdomain – musicmafiaradio.net/shop – installed the product vendors plug in & had the storefront pretty much completed, but when I tried to log in to the /shop site, it wouldn’t let me. Are there two separate passwords – one for the main site & one for /shop? Anyway, I thought maybe I’d forgot the password so I clicked on “reset password” & it took me to a security alert screen that says musicmafiaradio.net/shop is not secure – there’s nowhere to enter an email for password reset link, just a blue button that says “Back To Safety”. I was planning to purchase an SSL certificate before I launched the site, but was waiting for my boss to send me the money. That must be why I’m getting the “site is unsecure” message? I am so confused right now I wanna cry lol And I don’t have any idea who to contact for help with this.

musicmafiaradio.net is what we call a self-hosted copy of WordPress.org because installed it at Hostgator. As WordPress.com support, I can’t really see what’s going on with your installation, because it is at Hostgator. These forums are for the sites hosted here.
I can see that http://musicmafiaradio.net/shop is not a separate WordPress installation from http://musicmafiaradio.net. You can tell by going to http://musicmafiaradio.net/shop/wp-admin — if it were a separate installation you’d get a login page, but you don’t. It very well could be a different installation from mmr.net though.
So, if you aren’t able to log into http://musicmafiaradio.net/wp-admin, contact Hostgator for help with these instructions:
