Can’t log in to my WordPress hosted website

  I have two accounts with WordPress. Now I can only log in to my blog site. I recently set up a website on WordPress through a different account. Now that site doesn’t load and I can’t log in to administrator on my website.

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  You should reach out to GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
