Can't log in to website

  Although I know the password, I get an error message each time I try to log in.

  I have tried with old log ins, but with no success.

  I have had a developer working on it, but can’t get in with the email she sent either.

  It is now a year out of date and I urgently need to do work on it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ha!

  Please ignore the link to wordsauce1 as that isn’t the site I’m trying to access.
  This is probably part of my problem.

  The site is http://www.word-sauce.com.
  I can bring up the site with a web search, but can’t access it at all.
  Sorry for confusion.

  word-sauce.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Unified Layer

  We do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
