Can't Log In To WordPress At All, and All of Chrome stops working…

I’m trying to log into my wordpress dashboard to post on my website, but it just keeps refreshing me to the login screen. Even when I change the address to my website name with -wp-admin, it doesn’t get me to the dashboard. Also, whenever I try to do anything with my website, all I get are pages that don’t load, not just on my website, but on whatever tabs I have open on Chrome at the time. It’s getting very frustrating, having to constantly switch on wifi off and on when the modem says everything is running smoothly and my provider isn’t down. Help please!!!
I’m not very tech savvy, so please use layman’s terms. Thank you!

You use the standalone WordPress software and your site is hosted on Bluehost (rather than WordPress.com).
It means you have a WordPress.org website. Please contact your web hosting(Bluehost) customer support.
