Can’t log in to WordPress in order to edit my site

I have been unable over recent weeks to edit the website off the charity of which I am a trustee, because whenever I try ti log in to WordPress or press any edit button the website itself (when viewing it) I just get a blank page with the WordPress ‘W’ logo. For the same reason I cannot access live chat, as this would involve me getting onto the WP website! Please help!
