Can’t log in to wordpress.org

It won’t take my username, email, and user password. And it said my site is not a secure site. Could you please advise how do I go around this?

I’m getting the ‘not secure’ message when I try to go to wp-admin. A customer told me yesterday that when she tried to access some files on my site she got the same message. I’m not sure what to do. My site is spark-kids.ca
