Can't log in to wp-admin

  I can’t seem to log into my wp-admin. I switched my blog over to a self-hosted site but each time I try to log into the admin for my new site, it redirects me to the log-in page for my old wordpress site. Can anyone help me with this? My new site has the same web address.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum.
