Can't log in to /wp-admin

  I can’t log in to the backend of my website (not yet launched) at /wp-admin. When I attempt to do so, I get the frontend message that the website is under construction. When attempting to login to the admin from there, the page just refreshes. Help!

  If the issue still exists, can you please upload a screenshot in Snaggy or Cloudup to address the issue.

  You’re using WordPress.org on Bluehost hosting, and these forums are for WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  Thanks, Darcie! I finally figured that out when I was IMing with a “support specialist” via WP.com and he tried to help me with my problem… for a fee. I contacted Bluehost and they fixed the issue. It was something with one of my plugins. Appreciate the advice! :)

  IMs or instant chats with wordpress.com won’t charge a fee. Make sure you weren’t using a spammy company that you found via Google. They have “support” in their web address and are NOT related to WordPress.com. I’m very glad you were able to chat with your host to fix that!
