Can't log in to WP after deleting Google Authenticator app

I set up a 2-step log in for my WordPress account, verified it with Google Authenticator on my phone by scanning the barcode, but then deleted the App by accident before I generated any backup codes for logging in.
Now, obviously, I can’t log in to WP, because it asks for verification code that I don’t have. Is there any way to fix this?I couldn’t even log in to forums here with my account, so had to create a new user.

Please help I have a big problem
