Can't log in – "We couldn't find your account."

  I was trying to access the blog I’m following then it says
  “Jetpack Connect with WordPress.com
  To use Single Sign-On, WordPress.com needs to be able to connect to your account on xxxx.”

  But it doesn’t work how many times I try to log in. There’s a message saying “We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.”

  Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
