Can’t log in with pw

  I can log in to WordPress with Google automatically but not by entering my password and username. And I’ve tried and changed my email and password and it doesn’t work no matter what I try what am I doing wrong.

  I need a third party to install a template and they cannot log in that’s why I’m struggling with this right now thanks.
