Can’t log into account

    I took over managing my company’s website from a former employee. The log in credentials she provided are not working and although her email is forwarding to me, the password reset requests are not coming through. None of my coworkers know how to log in. I can’t find a number or email for customer support, and it looks like the chat function is only available if I’m logged in. Help!

    What’s the URL of the website?

    This forum is dedicated to the hosted version of WordPress.com and any other host will use the open-source WordPress.org. Knowing the URL will allow us to determine which version you’re using.
