can’t log into account that i never made. now can’t access patreon rewards

  i have never been given a password for an account i never made and now i cannot log into it to use patreon bonuses. when i request a password change i get sent nothing, it’s not in junk emails or anything
  
  when i try to log in via patreon it says “Sorry. A WordPress user with the same email you use at Patreon exists. Please log into this site with your WordPress user first, and then log in with Patreon to link these two accounts…”
