  Hi uhuruskincare,

  What is the username of the account or address of the site you are having trouble logging in to? If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  It could also be worth contacting your host if you can’t remember any of the login details. If you aren’t sure who is hosting the site, just send a link and I can double check on that for you.
