  my account has been past due, now that i want to renew it, it says my account doesn’t exist. what can i do?

  I see anything ever purchased on the account you’re contacting us from. There isn’t even a site on it.

  Can you please let me know the address of the site you want to renew so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
