I can’t log into my account!
I couldn’t be any more furious about it!!!
If that isn’t bad enough, when going to ‘lost your email’ link, I’ve requested a new email to change the damned password and guess what – NOTHING from yourselves.
Do you think you’ll respond to this email IMMEDIATELY given that you have no online chat nor a phone number to speak to a human being about it??????
You only have online forums whereby I’d have to go through everyone else’s posts about all sorts of things – would I find the answer to why you ‘ve not emailed me back with a new password link do you think ? I doubt it as anyone would expect that would simply happen for the fees we pay to you.

Further to that – despite having an account whereby it states that I SHOULD be getting access to online chat 24/7 – I DON’T have it. I don’t know how to contact ANYONE from wordpress, I’ve not received an invoice for my payment nor for my account.
What the hell is going on!!!!

What account are you trying to log into? Have you tried contacting your web hosting company for assistance?

Sorry, but I really don’t know what you’re talking about!
I set up a wordpress (org) account over the weekend.
I’m now trying to get into my account and can’t. I have paid for a full year in advance and now cannot find any information on how to contact ANYONE relevant to my account.
As I said, I have filled in the form to request a new password (out of sheer frustration that it’s not working with the password I set up) and NOTHING.
This is the only way I have of communication with anyone! It’s unbelievable.

As @justjennifer already mentioned, the site you’re referring to, aneaterlettingcompany.com is not hosted by us. It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by 20i. Therefore, I suggest contacting them regarding your issue.
