Can't log into my account even being charged annually

Hi there, can someone help urgently please? I have a site using woocommerce, I also pay for subscription annually, but when I try to access to my account, it keeps saying “user doesn’t exit”. And my wordpress site using this woocommerce account is returning an empty dashboard.

my latest subscription charge was on Oct 09, 2019, This is a renewal for the WooCommerce.com account owned by: (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I can’t log in with this email, just keep saying “user doesn’t exit”.

This account that you’re posting from is less than an hour old so it’s likely that you need to be logged in with a different account to access your WP site through a WPcom dashboard. Have you tried accessing your site through your web hosting dashboard directly?
In general for help with a site using the open source WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

I have to create a new account to contact support! I have the email from woocommerce of my subscription renewal, but just can’t log on to woocommerce with the email I initially registered. It keeps saying “user not found”. I have no idea what else can I do! How can I even contact woocommerce support to look into the account for me?
