  Thanks for that. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  If you don’t remember your password, there is a link (“Lost your password?”) to reset your password on your site’s login page:

  If you also don’t remember your username or the email address you used to log in, you should reach out to your host Hostinger for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you reset your login.
