Can’t log into my admin page to make updates to site. It doesn’t exist.

    I’m trying to make updates to my company website. It is http://www.approvalign.com. I was told to make updates I need to go to the following address to login and make updates: http://www.approvalign.com/wp-login/ When I go to that page, it says the webpage doesn’t exist. How can I make updates to my company webpage, if it doesn’t exist. The actual website is up and running and working so I’m not sure why the admin page isn’t.

    Sorry to hear about your site. It’s using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
