Can’t log into my admin to make changes to my site

  I type in my password and it just goes blank after a few seconds.

  Thanks for the address, but I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I’d make sure the issue you mentioned isn’t browser related – check if you can log in correctly from a different browser. If that doesn’t help, you can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
