Can’t log into my site

    Hello: My site is savethedamnplanet.com
    For some reason I have lost control of my site. I cannot log into my site. WordPress says that I don’t have a site.

    Hi there,

    That site has no connection to WordPress.com. That is why you don’t see it in your WordPress.com account.

    Instead, that site was built using the stand-alone version of WordPress, and it’s hosted with Fatcow.com. To log into that site you need to use the credentials for the admin account created on that site when you first set it up. Those creds are unique to the site, and cannot be used to log in anywhere else, nor can you use any other service’s creds, like your WordPress.com account, to log in there.

    Try following those steps to get back into your site. For help with database or FTP access, contact support at Fatcow directly, as they’re in control of that for your site.
