Can’t log into my site

    My site isn’t loading at all, and I can’t log in. When I do try it says I don’t have a site. I started this site back in 2015 and don’t have the items they are asking for to do the account recovery. I checked with my hosting site and they said I need to get into backend, but I can’t do that. Please help me.
