Cant log into my site

i used plugin for loging Clef to log into my site domain: http://www.snf.hr but Clef is out, shuting down so I cant log into my site with my email and password.

http://support.getclef.com/article/136-transitioning-away-from-clef-for-two-factor-authenticationand I tried to reset my password throw the my email that I used for loging it wrote: reset pass isnt allowed for this user. please help

http://www.snf.hr/ is not a WordPress.com site, so we have no control over your login for that site and no way to help you reset your password.
If you can’t log in due to that plugin, you’ll need to ask your hosting provider for FTP access so you can delete the plugin from the source code. We’re not able to help with that, but you can get more advice on the steps to follow here:
