Need help logging into my old website. It is not recognizing me. How do I contact someone for support or a live chat? I am unable to find it or figure it out.

Do I post my website here or somehow email you the link? I tried to recover the link but I don’t have a transaction key, authentication code or any of the three pieces of info they requested.
