Can't log into my website

  When I first started, I had a website (small-scale. Here’s the link: https://peterdragomirov.wordpress.com/), and I wanted to create another one. That other website for some reason messed up my previous one, not allowing me to sign in with my usual password.
  After countless attempts to permanently delete my new website (I clicked the delete button twice and typed in the address), it still hasn’t gone away, and the password for my old website won’t reset. It just resets the password for the new website.
  What the heck am I to do?

  You are logged in under the wrong username account. That is why you cannot delete the site.

  re: deleting sites

  To delete a WordPress.COM hosted site you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ note the alternatives provided there.
